It’s that time of year when shopping and gift lists take over! Whether you are shopping for an expecting woman in your life or need ideas to give to your family for yourself as a chic preggonista, I have the perfect gift-able pieces! I know my husband always appreciates “hints” of things I may like and as a guy he definitely wants his gifts for me to be special. Keeping that in mind, I made sure to include some luxe and special items as well as maternity essentials. Plus I included some awesome stocking stuffer ideas as well!I also absolutely love the idea of gifting each other items for baby-to-be. So sweet, right? When I was pregnant with my son, I gave my husband cozy sherpa baby booties and a beanie hat since he loves being outdoors in the winter. Try to keep the gift daddy-specific, so it’s fun for him. If your guy is into sports, think a bib or tee for baby with his favorite team. My husband gave me a beautiful ring to commemorate our soon-to-be baby. Maya Brenner jewelry makes beautiful mini-letter necklaces that you’ll love! Certainly if you already have baby’s name chosen, then this is a really great idea!
The other items on my list make fabulous gifts without a doubt. Our Wendy Bellissimo diaper bags are super chic and can be filled with lots of goodies! Designer Secret Fit Belly® maternity jeans, essential layering camis, a great scarf and some silky skincare from Naturopathica make perfect mom-to-be gifts to fill it up with. We also have such feminine lingerie; I’d even make the suggestion that pretty bras and maternity panties make great gifts as well. For the woman who has everything, a fabulous maternity little black dress, stand-out sweater or leather jacket also makes for super special surprises. Throw in some comfy slippers, Butter London nail polishes or even Sophie the Giraffe for the babe as stocking stuffers.
I hope my guide helps you in your holiday shopping this year! Make sure to forward this to your man, family or friends who have been asking what they can get for you! Here’s to getting into the holiday spirit. -Olivia
