We had another fun family day this season! My husband and I always try to find opportunities to do something new with our son. Greyson loves trains, as a lot of toddlers do, so when we realized a local train was running A Polar Express in December we took full advantage! The New Hope And Ivy Railroad in New Hope, PA runs seasonal lines throughout the year that are fun for the whole family.
The ride was an hour and a half long, plus it was full of entertainment that kept the kids engaged! Note, if you have a rambunctious toddler like I do, it’s the perfect setting. We met Santa and Mrs. Claus, enjoyed hot cocoa, pretzels and live holiday music during the entire train ride. Grey had a blast! Most importantly we got to spend quality time with him and his grandparents. This is definitely something we’ll always remember and hope to start a nice tradition of doing each year.I’ll keep the posts coming with more family fun ideas each month, so please continue to check in for lots of outdoor and seasonal plans for you and your little ones to enjoy!
