I am a mom to a beautiful son Asher who is almost 5, my angel-daughter Aila, and a new sweet one that is expected to arrive in August.
Eating a healthy diet during my current pregnancy is so important to me so I can be present for my son and my husband, and have the most energy for after the baby arrives. It has become a lifestyle shift for the entire family, and we all feel better for it.
As a pregnant momma, crave-worthy foods are important, so I commit my free time to recreating recipes so we can still experience the joy that comes with favorite foods. If you’re looking to change up your eating habits, even 50% of the time, you can try some of these recipes with your family and they are sure to love them. I have found that the more my son gets involved in the kitchen, the more likely he is to try out new recipes. Take a look at this new recipe we made together- breakfast cookies!

My two cookbooks, Against all Grain and Meals Made Simple are also packed with over 300 combined healthy, family-friendly recipes. My new recipe app Cookery also allows you to have over 100 recipes from my blog and even create grocery lists on your mobile device!
Here’s a few of my favorite recipes that are perfect craving satisfiers, and also give your little ones a special treat!
