Simple Smoothie Pops For Summer

CulinaryCravings Pops BLOGAs a health-conscious mom to a toddler, it’s important to me to find more nutritious ways to enjoy snacks and desserts. Our family has recently become obsessed with smoothies which are a refreshing treat for summer and Greyson especially LOVES them! We have a garden of strawberries ready for picking and in the mornings, we make smoothies for breakfast. For a more indulgent take, I decided to try popsicles! Just take your favorite smoothie recipe and freeze into a popsicle mold (or make your own.) These are good any time of the day and perfect for a mom-to-be and her family who craves something sweet but without the guilt. Enjoy! -Olivia
