I always tell women, no matter how busy your day is, take an extra 5 minutes when getting ready to make yourself feel glamorous. Looking and feeling your best can be as easy as putting on a coat of mascara, adding a little lipstick or simply layering a bold accessory into your look. Keep your overall outfit effortless and chic – a black maxi dress is always good place to start.
Invest in a hat that you love, a bold necklace that makes a statement, or a cozy scarf to tie your look all together. I live in tall platform heels, but they aren’t for every woman. If you’re looking for a little height, opt for a block heeled bootie instead – you’ll be stable on your feet yet still get those extra inches you weren’t exactly born with!
