NYFW wrapped up leaving behind a bevy of fresh new trends on the horizon for Spring 2016. Stylist, Designer and Editor, Rachel Zoe, gives us a behind the scenes look at her latest runway collection, taking inspiration from one of the biggest trends of the season.

Zoe’s Spring 2016 Collection is a modern take on the romantic gypset. The glamour of the late ‘70s and early ‘80s comes through via hand-frayed edges, exaggerated ruffles and off-the-shoulder lace. Inspired by some of the great supermodels of that time period – Gia Carangi, Lauren Hutton and Jerry Hall – Rachel created a collection that lends itself to the cultural nomads, which are the busy, sophisticated women of today. Romantic, classic and subtly sexy, this collection is meant to inspire women to live boldly and have fun with style.
